Don Campbell

I am one of the firm's founders and the senior attorney in the office.  After years of working in Houston, I moved to Hays County, one of the fastest growing counties in the US.  This move made it possible for me to enjoy the quality of life available in the Texas Hill Country, while still practicing law.

The emphasis on my work has been the representation of individuals and small businesses.  This is a natural fit since I grew up in small communities where my father, an ordained minister, preached for more than 50 years.  My life was influenced by the knowledge that good people often suffer misfortune and times of crisis, and I always wanted to help make things better.

I think clients seek my help because they know intuitively that I care about them, and will work diligently to develop a knowledge of the facts, issues and law regarding their situation.  My goal is to understand my client's circumstance and needs, and then, with care, compassion and competence, to work with them toward a common sense, cost-effective solution.
